I don't think all the high humps bolted in. I think that depended on having a 4 spd or auto. A 4 spd will have a bolt in, high hump pan, but my 84 1/2T 4x4 that had a factory auto had a high hump pan that did not bolt in. Will look at my 2wd with 4 spd tomorrow to see if it is a high hump.
