David, plinger/cancel cam goes into dedicated hole in wheel. Install wheel, install nut and washer then install the spring steel circle dome up, Install the retainer ring (part that horn button snaps into and the bushing into the center. It is important that the spring steel circle is not pinched against the side of the wheel- dont over tighten the retainer and you should be good to go. If this is not, simply flip the spring steel- the key is not letting it get pinched against the wheel side- this completes the circuit and causes the horn to work.

For the plunger, install the spring, the conection plunger and the small black or white plastic ring retainer. It is an interference fit much like the primary rods in the front of a quadra jet. It simply presses in and the inteference holds it in place. If you have the kit, they send two different plungers if I remember correctly and it uses the longer version I think. harold
