The NV4500 will fit under the floor just fine. the only thing you will have to cut is a new hole for your transmission shifter because the shifter on the nv4500 is about 4 to 5 inches farther back. Most people just get a floor hump from an automatic truck and cut the new hole. Im not exactly sure if the location of the t-case shifter changes.
