are pan bolts torqued correctly too tight will warp the pan/gasket, and cause leaking issues.
Make sure that were the bolts go through the pan that the surface is flat and not dished. Also make sure that the pan rails are flat as well
I don't care for cork/cork composite/rubber pan gaskets. I do prefer the Accopac or Farpak gaskets. They don't leak if properly installed (dry or a LIGHT coat of trans assembly gel on them) and the pan bolts are torqued correctly (usually about 95 in/lbs).
