It would be cheaper and easier to replace the floor board tranny cover with one from a 4x4. The 4x4's have a taller cover than the 2x's.
If you put a body lift on, it will change the geometry of the steering column, clutch rod ( if you have a manual trans ), radiater hoses, and it makes the truck a hair bit more top heavy.
