I had a throw out bearing go a couple of months ago. Similar symptons.


I'd set the parking brake and climb under the truck and try to engage/disengage the clutch with the clutch fork. Also check for a missing spring.

Unfortunately, there's no real easy way to replace.

Pull motor, or drop the transmission. I was able to bring my transfer case and Transmission down as a unit. Much easier to do it from the top instead of crawling around on the garage floor. Good luck.
