Looking for original tools supplies with 67-72 trucks.

I have 4 original truck jacks but missing the other tools required for tire removal.
The tire iron, Jack handle that folds in the middle and wheel wrenches (5 & 6 lug style). Parts are shown in lower right of attached sticker.
