You've got the right setup now. Just move that engine up to the V8 holes and have a 65" driveshaft built.

I run a V8, TH350 long tail and a 65" shaft. You'll want to relieve the crossmember at the bottom just a bit. Otherwise it will hit when the truck is raised on a lift.
