chevyforever--I've always heard good things about Painless, but their prices are high. You might want to check out EZ Wiring. www.ezwiring.com I've only heard good things about their kits, and I have talked to some people in person who have used them. All good reports and alot cheaper. I know exactley what you mean about the add ons and goof ups. It gets pretty nasty under there after all those years. I want to eventually buy an EZ Wiring kit for my '68 just to clean it up and to know that it was done right. Good luck and let us know what happens.
