Check-out www.P-S-T.com for a cab mount set. If they don't make a kit for your application, I would recommend polyurethane. Less body-to-frame deflection, very durable, and resistant to the elements that build-up over time. The body will feel more solid driving down the road but you will notice a bit more vibration. Not too much from what I've been told though. Use a high-quality lithium based grease and the mounts shouldn't squeak. Another advantage to PST is you don't have to grease the bushings.....period!
