Your best bet is to become a subscribing member and post a "wanted to buy" thread. They don't come up a lot but they do come up.

When you do find one, make sure you get the brackets (top and bottom) that go inside the bed wall. You won't be able to mount it with out that and fabricating those pieces is expensive.

FYI, they are often referred to as "swing away" spare mounts. There were several models made back in the day and Valley seems to be the most common.
