I like the idea of using GM seat belt latches to keep the bed closed, and the Mar-k hidden support kit. I'd like to go that route at some point, but for now the chains work just fine. Plus, it's fun watching people try to figure them out for the first time. Already, though, a buddy of mine dropped the tail gate without the chains hooked up and dented both the tailgate and license plate light
so in the long haul I'll be doing something different.
