That thing you found in the shed might be part of a non-DeLuxe heater?

Ok so the deluxe heater, thats the one that has the rubber sleeve that connects the blower motor to the heater core box and they are mounted side by side right?

The picture I posted up, could anyone clarify what that is? I thought it might be for a car or something, not a truck. I will post a picture of my heater core and blower motor tomorrow. It has the blower motor and heater core in one "box" if you know what I mean.
