Right on, and thanks for the quick reply Rick! Im headed back out to the shop! I got the four screws out no problem, when I pulled on the old pad that seemed to be stuck or glued, the end broke off and exposed what appeared to be a rivet! I think Ill grind the end screw heads to free the steel straps through the old pad. Sound feasible? I have a new pad to reinstall. Thanks Longhorn for the reply!
