That sounds like the easiest fix, if you can afford the extra width. If not you could probably take them to a machine shop and have them bored out a bit. Let us know how it turns out because I have a six lug rear I'm getting ready to swap in and I figured the late model rims are cheap so I'll probably get a set of those.
