hi guys,

i frequent the 60-66 forum but have an issue on hand. My grandfather has a 2000' c3500 and is having trouble with the powersteering and brakes. there is no visible leaks(just dirt and grease). with the truck on its extremely hard to turn the wheels with out strong-arming it. its quite a workout. when you press on brakes it makes a weird noise and sort of pulsates. no check engine light is on or ABS. its a hydraboost system
please any help is welcomed.
