tailgate not unlocking
like the title says, my tailgate isnt unlocking, except for very select times. it makes a grinding-kinda sound when the rest of the truck locks/unlocks. i've put this off for a while, but its getting annoying now having to unlock the bed cover every time to get to something. anybody know the cause of this and a solution other then taking it to the closest dealer? its a stepside if theres any difference between the fleetside/stepside models.
