Seriously, that is a really nice looking shop. My wife and I have been kicking around the idea of building a detached garage, but most of the ones we have seen have vinyl siding and are just big enough to store one car and some camping supplies. I really like the look and size of your shop! Did you build it? Do you have any other details about it you can share (square footage)? |

Yes I am a custom home builder, see Drewrenshaw.com. I drew it myself and wanted the bungalow look, eventually I will remake our house to match.
It is 28 by 36 with an 800 sq foot apartment upstairs to house missionary families when they come home from overseas; places like Africa, India, China. When missionaries sell everything and go to do the Lord's work, we feel like we should support them by providing housing when they return on furlough or vacation. Our family gets to learn about different cultures and the difficulties of being on the mission field as well as the joys. It is our desire to go serve ourselves, but until we are able to we do this instead.
