Myself being a fabricator, I am concerned that those arms would fail at those bend points. The material is severely displaced at the one brake line. This has drastically stretched the metal beyond it's acceptable limits. To form .750, A36 mild steel a 8" vee die and a punch with a 1.312" radius is the correct tooling. It appears that this tooling was not used.
I'm not just trying to bust your balls Scotts Hotrods, but I feel a responsibility to point out as what I see as a failure point on that sway bar arm. I would hate to see you end up in trouble over something like that on an otherwise nice front suspension.

On thursday we will post some pictures of our arms and you guys can see the bends are fine and smooth as well.The pictures showing above were done as a mock up purpose only never USED on any truck AT ALL.They are HEAT TREATED after they are bent as well.Thankyou very much for all the comments and people being concerned as well.
