Ok I said I would keep everyoone updated on the problem. I just got back from getting new tires. I guess the Balancing took care of it because there is no more shake!!!
I'm guessing it was missing a wheel weight, but I forgot to ask before i left. I'm really happy and its another thing I can check off the list! Here's how it sits with the new rubber 235/75/15. Now just need to get ready for paint.
