Yes the '72 rear end will bolt right up to your trailing arms. However, like Rich said, the panhard bars are different. The C20 used the long panhard bar with the mount on the passenger side axle tube. The '72 uses the short panhard bar with the mount on the passenger side of the center section. The longer the panhard bar, the less side to side travel through out the verticle suspension travel. If you decide to go with the shorter '65-'72 panhard bar, you will have to either put a slight bend in the bar, or change the mount on the frame.
