On what year truck? 67-72 maybe, but not on 73-87's. Yes I know the frame and suspension is basically the same, but there is enough difference that a 3" spring on a 73-87 will result in an unhappy truck owner.

The spring is too short to allow for decent travel. Adding the right shock helps some, but not enough. My experience has been that a 3" drop spring is just not a good choice.
