I just bagged my 61 using the same set up and it works great. The ebay add your looking at is from Boris (way2lo2) on this site. Really cool dude and has bagged every 58-64 Impala, Biscayne and wagon within a 1000 miles of Cleveland Ohio!!
He also can give you a hookup on the compressor, tank and pressure switch to go with it.
