I don't know for sure if the number on the fender 3886701 is actually a GM p/n. However, I looked up the GM p/n for a '67 LH and RH ... Ser. 10-30 (except FFC) is: 3898859 LH; 3898860 RH.

I don't have a big truck (Series 40-70) GM parts book or I'd look the number up. But, I suspect you may have a fender for that type of truck.
