I'm from the other team. It's your truck, if you want to cut it , cut it... I cut the dash in the White '67 for a newer style radio and never looked back. On the other hand my mostly stock Green '67 I won't cut, but the original radio works in it.... If the next guy that owns your truck doesn't like the cut dash he can fix it...
