Just some thoughts here.
I have seen spacers to put under coils to give them some extra lift.
For the rear, how about using a later model K5 Blazer rear with leaf springs. There you can always use lift blocks for extra height.
Lastly, body lift and give you an extra 3", but personally I dont like them.
