yeah, i may try that. i tried putting a 12 inch cressent wrench on it and tried to move it...that aint happening.

today i worked on the 79 rear end. it had shock mounts that i don't need and the leaf spring mounts are needing t go away so i cut the shock mounts and one of the spring mounts off with a metal blade in the sawzall...yeesh that took a while. then i ground and filed it all nice and flat. i found a rear end conversion kit that i'll need to order that has the new brackets and stuff i need to get it all working on mine.

still working on getting all of the paint off the cab...
