Try looking in the yellow pages for hose specialty shops. They probably can fabricate you some hose assemblys with fittings or try a radiator/AC shop, who may have some in stock for your application. 5 weeks backorder at LMC is a bunch of s**t! You might also try ChevyDuty too.
