If you checked all your cables to the starter and they are not loose or melted in any way then your solenoid is going out on you. If you have a electrical shop around your town you can have it tested to make sure but when my starter was going out it was cheaper to buy a new one with a lifetime warranty than have the test done so i just bought a new one and it solved my problems.
