Insert the glass frame in place while installing the washers that you made note of their position earlier. I oiled the washers and anything that moves just in case.



These two pics show the stop washer in place.





I then inserted an awl in the pivot rivet hole and made sure the window opens and closes like it should. Then installed the rest of the washers, spring, nut and lock. I tightened the spring until the felt right. You don't want it flopping going down the road with it open. I used the "TLAR" method. That means "That Looks About Right"

Once your satisfied with the operation install the pivot rivot and handle.

This is the finished product minus the glass.
