i just sold mine to some guys that do alot of that in a town 20 miles from mine. they say it's pretty easy. i just had a complete free Camaro sub frame so i went that way. alot more knowledge and info on this conversion. they said the hard part was getting someone to build new brake lines for it. alot of people were not willing to deal with a "brake issue" if something went bad. i guess the truck is normal size line and fittings, and the jag is all metric? so they had a company in Portland OR. build them some. he also smiled and said with a grin "let me know how that turns out" when i told him i was running a big block. i guess the steering and exhaust were pretty tight with his small block. the nice thing is you don't have to cut off the front of the frame. just notch the bottom outside edge of the frame to fit it to the jag clip.
