OldSkool71, I'm sorry I can't help you out. I dug around in boxes and looked in the "normal" places last night and was unable to locate the instructions. I am sure your shop can easily figure it out. All they will need is the torque settings for the bolts. I don't even think I used the instructions when I did mine. Sorry I couldn't help you out better.
