I was able to find off the shelf Monroe shocks for my 4/5 static dropped '65:

Rear: Monro-Matic Plus P/N 32207: 17.875" Extended, 11.250" Collapsed
Front: Monroe Gas Magnum RV P/N 555002: 12.750" Extended, 8.625" Collapsed
