You should be able to find metric flair to pipe fittings plus a pipe coupler and a standard flair to pipe fitting.
A guy might be able to get away with one on the front brake system and one on the rear brake system.
Right around where I live the Jags aren't very cheap yet so I haven't looked into it but I might have to for a project that I am putting together to sell.
