Never heard of a home warranty. This must be a new thing. It's probably a way for folks to make more money, like all the other warranties they have for stuff. Sometimes this ends up being a good thing, such as Eddie is talking about. But, most of the time it is never used and you spend you money for nothing.
What is some of the things covered under the warranty? Does it cover the whole house or what?
