I've never clipped anything with this suspension but have had five different Mopars with one in them, and never had a problem at all with it. I put over 200K miles on a 76 Aspen and never even had to have it aligned.
One thing to know is that some of the big Mopars with this suspension came with twelve inch discs instead of the eleven's that are on most of the cars. All you need are the caliper mounting brackets and a set of rotors to change to twelve inch brakes.
