eBay is pretty much your only option. I've heard the quality of that kit isn't quite up to the East Coast Customs kit, but beggars can't be choosers.

I've never seen a kit for the front steps, although I have seen a couple trucks with the front steps shaved. It looked like poo. The front steps are the only thing to bring the lines of the cab and bed together and when you shave those steps, you lose that connection.

S10 kits are still relatively easy to come by. S10 kits are also bolt-on whereas these kits for the fullsize require a lot of fiberglass work.
