With some recent inquiries about building a set of Shoulder Belts like the ones that just fetched $710 on eBay last month, I figured that I'd piece together a set for the fun of it. I'm not done yet. I still need to sew on the female belt mounting ends that are truck specific. Also, I need to sew on the flattened male belt pilar mounting ends to the male belts. I also need to pick up some better buckle backs (the chrome part). I used two out of the box NOS belts from a 71 car for the female belts (same length as the truck belts, and two male lap belt ends from a truck. The boots are just like the ones used on that eBay set. This is what I have so far.
