I bet its real, all the weight is in the front of the car. And i'm sure the trunk is empty and the interior is gone.
Look at the dent in the bed from the front tire.
Chevy did a commercial years ago with a full size ford across the bed, i have no doubt in my mind they tossed it up here with a loader and strapped the front down.
