TF the undercoat pertects the underside of the fender from rocks being thrown up and denting the innerfender and rusting out, with your truck being mostly stock it would be in your best interest to paint the topsides of the inner fenders semi gloss black to keep the factory theme going strong,and you could alway redo the under coat by spraying over the top of what already there.
