Re: porterbuilt stage 2 rear questions
I have looked at porterbuilt streetrods website and I have also researched plenty prior to posting. I have also contacted Nate and when he get's a chance I am sure he will chime in.
As for the issue, Nates pictures for install does not appear to have the panard bar adjusted evenly if you look at the rear end u bolt bucket on both sides.
The trailing arms I am using are 3" drop. Now I could very easily lengthen the trailing arms to miss the front u-bolt hitting. But as I stated before then the panard bar bracket will hit in the back of the c-notch. If it was not powder coated I could remove some material to clear. (how will that effect the wheel centred in wheelwell?)
I was reading that scoti's truck was running with no bumpstops but his build thread pics don't show much due to picture angle.
The only other variable that I can think of is I have the 1 pc c-notch vs the 2 pc notch. Is the new two pc notch have a larger opening (front to back)?
