Get as much as possible.
If you can,... have them cut the frame right behind the crossmember.
This way you can unbolt the master cylinder and get all the steering linkage, steering box, steel brake lines, sway bar, etc.

I bought my last setup (years ago) from a guy that builds pickup bed trailers.
I got the whole front section for $75.
