Marine vinyl is usually paired with a dry-fast foam. Otherwise the foam retains water for longer periods.
Having worked on marine furnishings-seats, settees,etc.; using dry fast foam REALLY makes a HUGE difference.
My other suggestion would be neoprene seat covers, like wet okole brand, etc.
