Thanks for all the help. It may be under the dash but I'm pretty sure the dash is original and its nowhere on the post.

On a sad note I am going to have to shelve this project for a while. We got some potentially bad news at work but it will be a while before we find out anything one way or the other. At least that gives me enough warning to start putting back extra money. Not selling the blazer, just putting it on the backburner for now.
