That's a pretty big cooler!
Option 1:
Mount it under the bed leaving enough space between it and the bed to ensure good air flow. Also will require locating exhaust components in such a way such that it's heat doesn't affect the tranny cooler.
Got room for all this? If not.... Option 2:
I used an electric fan on my two old Ford Hot Rods (Model A & Model T). On both of them I used a short water pump and no stock fan. That allowed me to move the electric fan to the motor side of the radiator (pull instead of push). If you did that then you could mount the cooler in front of the radiator. That would be a better location than under the truck, IMO. Plus you could then also use the radiator tranny cooler lines in addition to the external tranny cooler. More capacity is a good thing.
