Tell you what, I'll buy you a set of springs and you can send me the air ride set up...that's a pretty even trade...haha!
Everyone has their own reason for doing what they want to do. However, there's a lot reasons an air ride system in perfect working condition is "cooler" that static. Just go with your gut and do what makes you happy.
