On 68's you put a paper clip in as instructed and turn counter clockwise about a quarter of an inch with the key installed and this will release the tumbler(there is no acc. position). You are physically moving the whole tumbler a quarter inch to get it past the tab which holds it in place. Works like a charm. Did it just the other day on a '68 ignition. If it won't budge try some penetrating oil around the edge of the tumbler, as some corrosion may have seized the tumbler in place. Good luck, Mark
