mine still can recline, the only thing i done was un bolted the factory sliders. to get the hieght i wanted. it wasnt hard to weld the center console, i used a lincoln 110 wire feeder. those welders can weld some thin stuff. i also took the side cover off the drive seat to get pics of the side.
