Well I have accumulated several pictures of the little things I've done to the truck since I've got it. So, I thought I'd go ahead and start a thread.
The truck started life as an 89 R2500 long bed 3+3. It has a 454/TH400, which has been converted to carb. The PO apparently was having some issues with the TBI, so he just pulled it off and cut the harness
.
The PO had already done the short wheelbase and 1/2 ton conversions when I purchased the truck from him.
