That's the intake. I would Swap all the egr stuff from the 305. It'll keep the check engine light off. Not to mention, you might get spark knock without it.
All your accessories will bolt up. You might just wanna go to the local junkyard and grab a PROM chip from a 350 TBI computer to get the most power. Or if its in the budget, have a custom PROM burned for the truck. I'm 99% sure the injectors are the same, so no worries there. By far I think the vortec swap is the most bang for the buck.
Those intakes pop up on eBay from time to time, so check there for a used one.
